Custom map is map drawn from your paper map, chart, tracks and waypoints, ESRI shapefiles or any other source data. Result is an electronic file that you can upload directly into your GPS and use like any other

Precision

Depending on the quality and precision of the supplied raster maps, waypoints and tracks, precision of our maps varies in about +-2.5 - 100 m range. 

How to order ?

E-mail scanned maps, ESRI shapefiles or other source data and order specifications to info@petrastudio.com for a price quote and delivery time estimate. Please use approximately 300 dpi for scanning. E-mail us your scanned images in JPG format please. Estimations are free of charge. Finished custom map files are delivered via e-mail and/or via mail on CD.

Technical Requirements

Our maps are in IMG file format. You can use free MapUpload program to upload them into the GPS.
